Regeringskansliet, the Swedish agency whose mission is to help the government to implement its policies, met eGovlab for a workshop focused on the future planning of e-remisser (or e-referrals). The aim of the workshop was for eGovlab to function as a catalyst, building a bridge between the current state of understanding and the future targets to the desired reforms of the e-remisser system.

During the workshop, attendees from Regeringskansliet dived into the activities, where they were asked to use as a starting foundation their work describing the current process of e-remisser. Building on this, they started layering the landscape, the stakeholders involved, the objectives at hand, the risks and opportunities at each step and the roadblocks that arose.

The next workshop with Regeringskansliet and eGovlab will take place on the 18th of May.
